Performance by Stage Door Dance Studio students at 5:30 p.m.
The gift market opens with booths presented by Downtown Mesquite Farmers Market vendors

TREE-LIGHTING CEREMONY 6 P.M.

Mayor Dan Aleman opens the tree-lighting ceremony
“12 Days of Downtown Mesquite” sung by the Poteet Variety Choir
City Council and MISD student representatives gather on stage to hit the button that lights the Christmas tree for the first time in the season
Free Downtown Mesquite ornaments will be distributed while supplies last
